What I Did

This was just improving color.  I went through different enhancements. (color balance, saturation, contrast, fade, manual color correction, and clarify.  I then selected the sky deleted it and on a new layer which I placed behind original floodfilled with "Summer Field" gradient.  On this layer, I lighted color and changed saturation levels.
