How I Did It

· Recopied photo.

· Selected right eye: copied and mirrored; recopied over left eye.

· Moved highlight in left eye.

· Merged visible.

· Cloned in missing parts of pictures.

· Decided to add some highlights to hair with Retouch>Lighten in order to define a new hairdo.

· Smudged a bit over picture to blend.

· Opened new image in same size as old.

· Using inverted gradient and same light and dark colors as in old photo did new background

· Selected figure and copied as new layer to new background.

· Merged visible.

· Added Effects>Noise to image.
