Photo Workshop Submission
Weekly Workshop - Week 6 - Mar. 30, 2002
Original photos

My Submission (which was too late to be published)

How I did it:
- Using flower image.... duped and rotated.
- Used Effects>Geometric>Spiky Halo
- Effects>Geometric>Twist
- Make new image with Transparent background twice the width of original
- Copied picture as new layer onto new image.
- Copied again as 3rd layer and mirrored third layer
- Using picture with palm trees. Selected first palm tree and copied
selection to new image with transparent background
- Solorized this image.
- Using Color replacer, selected different colors in palm tree and replaced
with colors from flower.
- Copied palm tree as new layer onto flower picture.
- Reduced size of tree layer to get size I wanted.
Took about 30 min.
Not sure what it is but flowers now resembled waves curling on beach. And the
area above the palm tree seems to represent clouds producing rain. I guess its a
flowered cycle of water. Use your imagination.
